Though e-commence have developed quickly and popular in China, distributors development are still the most important way to expand and for long-term growth. But how to find suitable distributors and how to manage them are not easy for foreign companies. We find most foreign companies in two instances.One is that they have a very small China team to operate business and develop very slowly, and the other is that they sign a general distributor and develop quickly, which mostly is short-term persperous because of lossing brand image control.
